Use all fish species to rub the King fish,add 1tsp oil in the Pan put the fish let it cook for about 5minutes in both sides and take out, and add the yam let Cook for 10 minutes both sides then put back the fish,add the cut veggies to the same pan let it raost for another 3minutes and serve hot yummy food
