Ingredients

  • 2.5 cupsbuttermilk
  • 1 cupgram flour (besan)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric Powder
  • as requiredOil for greasing
  • For tadka-
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbspcoconut grated
  • 4Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • as requiredCoriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    First, take a bowl add gram flour and buttermilk mix well and make sure no lumps.

  2. 2

    Then pour it in a pan add salt and turmeric powder mix well. Then cook on low flame till became thicker. it will take approximately 9 mins.

  3. 3

    Then pour it in a plate and spread it not thin and not thick.

  4. 4

    Let it cool for 10 min. Then cut and roll it. Then take a pan heat it oil add mustard seeds splutter it add coconut, curry leaves, coconut cook 30 sec pour it tadka on khandvi.

    Serve it Gujarati special khandvi.
