Thin breaded chicken cutlets with a creamy gravy. This one turned out great my wife and I both really enjoyed it.

Ingredients

  1. 2large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 1 cupbread crumbs
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 tspcayenne
  6. 1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1 1/2 tsponion powder

Cooking Instructions

    Slice chicken into thin cutlets

  2. 2

    Dredge the chicken in flour and seasonings, egg, then breadcrumbs

  3. 3

    In a large pan, with olive oil, cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through.

    The gravy is just chicken broth, thickened with a bit of flour, and some sour cream stirred in for creaminess.
