In a bowl pour the flour,cornflour,sugar,milk,salt and mix

Pour the water followed by the egg and mix thoroughly to form a batter

Put a non stick pan on low heat

Use pastry brush to rub your batter on the pan,then allow the back to be brown then remove and keep it on a chopping board

Cut it into two pieces and make a triangle shape

For the fillings,Heat up vegetable oil in a small pot, add the onions, ginger and garlic, and stir for a few seconds.
Add the minced meat and stir-fry.
Add stock cubes, pepper and salt to taste.add the minced meat and stir,allow it to cool.Put the fillings inside the triangle shaped sheet and close - 7
Put oil in a pan,when it is hot deep fry the samosa until it is golden brown
