Ingredients

  • cupsflour 6
  • 6 cupsflour
  • 1 tablespooncornflour
  • 1egg
  • 1 tablespoonmilk
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Water
  • Oil for frying
  • For the fillings
  • Mince meat
  • Seasonings
  • Ginger and garlic
  • Oil
  • Pepper
  • Onion

Steps

    In a bowl pour the flour,cornflour,sugar,milk,salt and mix

    Pour the water followed by the egg and mix thoroughly to form a batter

  3. 3

    Put a non stick pan on low heat

  4. 4

    Use pastry brush to rub your batter on the pan,then allow the back to be brown then remove and keep it on a chopping board

  5. 5

    Cut it into two pieces and make a triangle shape

  6. 6

    For the fillings,Heat up vegetable oil in a small pot, add the onions, ginger and garlic, and stir for a few seconds.
    Add the minced meat and stir-fry.
    Add stock cubes, pepper and salt to taste.add the minced meat and stir,allow it to cool.Put the fillings inside the triangle shaped sheet and close

    Put oil in a pan,when it is hot deep fry the samosa until it is golden brown
