Take Milk & heat until it boils. Turn off the gas 5 minutes. Add the juice of lemons into it & rest it for Stir softly once milk curdles. — Strain it using

The muslin cloth & wash milk solid with regular water so that the flavor of lemon will get washed. - Strain all excess water Knead milk solid vigorously for at least 5-7 minutes till it forms smooth & soft dough. Now shape it into small balls

In a large pan make sugar syrup using water & sugar. Add cardamom into it. - Once sugar is dissolved & syrup starts boiling add balls one by one. Cook these balls with covered lid for 7 minutes on high flame. - After That cook it without lid for 7 minutes & add saffron strands into it
