In a chopper add mince, ginger garlic paste, salt,, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, Garam masala, turmeric.

Soaked bread in water, then squeeze water from bread and add them in chopper.

Wash coriander, green chilies.

Add green chillies, coriander leaves in chopper. Now choperize Your masala well.

Take 1 big onion and choperize well.

Add them in mince and mix well with hand.

Take one plastic sheet, place them on tray, spread bread crumbs over it.

Now make mince balls, take mince ball, place second plastic sheet over it.

Now flattened with the help of hand so bread crumbs stick over kabab.

Now turn the side and press gently so bread crumbs stick properly. Place them above plastic sheets so it may not stick.

Layer the cutlets and freeze for 1 hour before frying.

Beat eggs well dip cutlets in egg and fry in medium low heat so it cooks properly.

Turn the side, cook until light golden colour. Serve with chapati and raita.
