Ingredients

  • 1chicken
  • 1onion (160g)
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 3 stalksspring onion
  • 3 stalksCorriander/Chinese parsley including the roots
  • 2lemongrass
  • 2 slicesginger
  • 2 teaspoonssalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonswhite pepper Powder
  • 7 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the onion and cut into 4

  2. 2

    Peel garlic

  3. 3

    Remove stems of spring onion and chopped

  4. 4

    Bruised the lemongrass

  5. 5

    Prepare and wash the chicken

  6. 6

    Place everything into a pot and bring to a boil

  7. 7

    Remove the scums and boil on medium heat for 1 hour

  8. 8

    And it's ready 😁. The soup is also great for noodles or making rice
