Heat the oil in non-stick pan,add the onion and stir fry until translucent. Do not brown.

Add the raw chicken pieces and keep stirring until they start browning. Add ginger,garlic powder, salt,black pepper powder and red chilli powder.saute until the chicken pieces become tender.

Add soy sauce, mustard paste and tomato ketchup.

Mix well and make sure that the mixture is completely dry.

Chopped the mixture in the chopper. The filling is ready.
