Boil eggs and keep aside,In a kadai/Sepri,put oil when heating put, whole garam masala (Tez Patta, cloves, Jeera, dalchin,one big elachi), then put grated onions stir fr, till it becomes pinkish-brown then put little Red chilli powder, put, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes puree,cover for 5 mins,till gravy is cooked and oil comes.

Then put boiled eggs (make half), and put all masalas and put water(as per requirement).

Lastly garnish with coriander leaves, garam masala powder, Kasturi methi and serve hot with steam rice and chapatis yummy it taste.
