First take a pan heat ghee 1 tbsp and roasted cashew nuts

Then add Raisins and coconut roasted it...then keep aside.

Then add 1 tbsp ghee heat it add cardamon, cloves, black pepper, Bay leaf, cinnamon saute it.(I m using crushed u can use whole)

Then add soaked rice stur it add turmeric powder cook 2 min on low flame.

Add water and salt mix well add sugar and roasted nuts..mix well.

When come a boil cook slow flame till rice cooked.. it will take 6 to 7 min approximately.

You can serve it with Rabri also.
