Ingredients

  • 1diced garlic
  • Diced chilli
  • 2 1/2 teaspoonBlack bean garlic sauce
  • 2 1/2 teaspoonbrown sugar
  • 1little bit of oil
  • Meat marination
  • Pork shoulder steak
  • Halfa table spoon of Corn starch
  • 1little ground White Pepper
  • Less than half a tablespoon of chicken powder
  • Had a cup of wine
  • 1little soy sauce
  • Very little dark soy sauce
  • 1little brown sugar
