In a large saucepan heat the oil.add the onion,pepper,ginger and garlic pastes.fry till translucent. Add the cabbage, salt and seasoning cubes.cook on medium heat until everything is fully incorporated. Gradually add the fried tofu and stir well to combine.serve and garnish as desired.
