Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 250 gmdiced paneer
  • 2chopped capsicums
  • 1.5finely chopped onion
  • 1finely chopped tomato
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4red chilli powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1/4 tsphaldi
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the oil. Add cumin seeds. When they sputter add onions and saute. When they are slightly pink add red chilli powder, haldi and hing.

  2. 2

    Add capsicum and saute till golden brown. Add tomatoes and mix well. Cover the lid and cook till the vegetables have softened.

  3. 3

    Add cumin powder and coriander powder and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook for a couple of minutes.
