Steps

Firstly, you add your sugar inside a clean frying pan or pot,then add drops of water. Beside you place a clean leather or nylon on top of a tray and spread milk powder on the nylon or leather (bread leather can be used) and keep aside.

Then you squeeze your lemon and sieve it into the sugar and set it on low heat fire.Add your your desired flavor, I used vanilla.

Allow to heat on fire, until the sugar syrup is sticky,the lemon make it to be sticky,if you use your spoon to check you will observe it is sticky if it dries up.

You will see that it is foaming while boiling, then off the fire and add your powdered milk inside and keep stirring until it is thick as you want it to be.

Then you pour it onto that powder milk that you spread on the tray and knead it to be flat and lightly spread on the tray, spread another milk powder on top of it to make it dry and be able to cut it into pieces.

Your albishir Is ready,allow it to cool and enjoy the sweetness of milk and lemon sugar syrup... Try it now not tomorrow!!!
