let's have something light and yummy!!!! So presenting traditional dish kathiawari chole with papri and buns is the complete meal for lunch.
Steps

1. Soak chickpeas overnight or 5 to 6 hours.Then discart the water and rub baking soda over them. Leave them for half an hour then wash again.

2. Put enough water and 1/2 tsp baking soda in a pot and add chickpeas. Boil the chickpeas till tender. There should be two cups water remaining after they get tender

3. Now put boiled potato cubes and all the ingredients except cornflour.

4. Cook for 15 minutes. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste. Lastly mix cornflour with some water and pour it slowly in cholay till you get the right consistency.

5. Cook for more ten minutes. Mix sliced onions when hot. Sprinkle coriander leaves and green chillies. Serve it hot with papri and karak buns.
