Take a large bowl add Maida. Now add refined oil, salt and mix well.. Now add warm water and knead a soft dough.

After 10 mins roll it to a round shape. Now heat a tawa shallow fry the parathas until it changes colour to little brown. Plain Parathas are ready to serve. Goes well with chaap, koftas, tandoori.
