Soak soya in water for 15 mins and boil and keep aside.

Take a pan add oil then add whole spices and bay leaf, add onion and fry once golden add ginger garlic paste. and fry the masala add salt and spices then add soya beans and let it cook for few minutes.Then add cooked rice.

Let it is there for 20 mins and it's ready. Garnish with coriander leaves.
