Cooking Instructions

Prepare the tray to set the ghor Papri Grease it with ghee.

Take the ghee in a pan. Turn the heat on low. When ghee is melted add wheat flour and dill seed. Stir it continuously for 5 minutes or until you get the toasted aroma.

Once the flour is roasted, quickly turn off the stove.
Then add jaggery. Edible ghoond(fried) and cardamom powder.Quickly mix it.
Immediately pour into the tray, even out the surface. - 4
Let it cool down slightly. While it is still warm, Slice into diamond shape
