Steps

Take a bowl add crack eggs,beat it 2 minutes,add icing sugar beat it till floppy.beat it 4 minutes.

Add vanilla extract,mix it add cake jel mix it,add chocolate essence, melted chocolate,mix it.

Add oil mix it.now mix all dry ingredients,flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,& soda sieve it thrice.mix it in the prepared batter,batter should be ribbon consistency.

Now grease a cake mould with oil dust it with flour,pour the cake batter in this mould,samp it,put it in the preheated oven at 180 degree for 30 minutes or till bake.

After 30 minutes take it out,let it be normal,then take it out from the mould,and keep it cooling rack for 4 hrs,

Now cut it in 3 part like a ring,now crumble coating with chocolate ganash.(For ganash,look for my ganash recipe)

Crumble coating is a process where cake is covered with little amount of cream or chocolate ganash.

Now keep it a side. chocolate cake should be finally covered & chilled 7,8, hrs.

After that take it out and coverd with thin ganache. Pour ganache over the cake continuesly,when it gets ready,keep it in the fridge for setting.

For thin ganache take cream, chopped chocolate.

Heat the cream add chopped chocolate,mix it till melted,add corn syrup,& milkmaid,mix it very well.strain it

Pour it on the chilled cake.keep it in the fridge for 2 hrs.
