Take maida in a parat. Churn spinach in a mixie jar add 1-2 tsp water and make smooth paste. Add in a flour add coarsly grinded cumin pepper mix well and add ghee mix properly and knead a tight dough. Rest for 10-15 mins.

Now roll big roti and cut in a shape as shown in figure.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry on mid slow flame. Spinach Mutter is ready to serve. Store in air tight container. Tasty tasty snacks.
