Gujiya (Nariyalwali)

Sieve all-purpose flour and add rest ingredients and make a little hard dough. (Because we are not using powder flour for making puri. Keep aside for rest.

Heat a kadhai and saute desiccated coconut for a while. Add poppy seeds, almonds, chironji in it let it cool then add sugar, cardamom powder and mix it well.

Pick a small ball from dough and make a puri of it.

Set it on mold and stuff coconut stuffing in it.

Shut down mold remove extra part of puri and make a gujiya.

Repeat process and make all gujiyas

Heat ghee in a kadhai and deep fry gujiyas. This is a traditional sweet specially made in Diwali and Holi.
