In a bowl take chiwda and pour water for 1 min only amd strain the chiwda

In a pan heat oil and add mystard seeds, curry leaves

Now add all the veggies like onion, peas, corn and green chilli and saute for two mins

Now add soaked poha in pan
- 5
Add spices salt, red chilli, lemon juice and mix well
- 6
Sprinkle sev on top and serve
