Sieve flour in a bowl to remove dirt. Add Yeast, add Sugar, add Powdered milk, and flavour if its powered.
Mix all thoroughly - 2
Add Butter and egg to the mixture and mix well till it becomes like crumbs then start adding warm water gradually and keep mixing till it becomes a soft dough.

Cover with a nylon and keep for 20 minutes to rise.

Cut a handful of dough and flatten on a rolling board. Ensure you sprinkle flour first on the board to avoid the dough from sticking.

Use your doughnut cutter to start cutting the doughnut till finish.

Cover for few more minutes then start frying in your vegetable oil. Fry to golden brown.

Serve with tea or any drink of your choice.
