Ingredients

40min @180°C
  1. Dry mix
  2. 150 grye flour
  3. 50 gground almonds
  4. 1 tspbaking soda
  5. 1 tspbicarb of soda
  6. Hot mix
  7. 75 gbutter
  8. 1 tbspdulce de leche
  9. 100 gbrown sugar
  10. Dairy
  11. 75 mlmilk
  12. 2medium eggs
  13. Fruit
  14. 1large pear
  15. 1 tspcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the dry ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Put the hot mix into a saucepan and heat gently until the sugar is dissolved, but don't boil.

  3. 3

    Let the buttery mix cool so it doesn't cook the next step. Mix in the milk and the beaten eggs.

  4. 4

    Peel the pear and dice into 1cm cubes. Toss with the cinnamon.

  5. 5

    Add the liquid mix to the flour mix and stir together. Fold in the pears.

  6. 6

    Pour into a baking paper lined loaf tin, and bake until a skewer come out clean.
