Boil water and perboil to almost done the rice wash and drain in colander. Grate the tattashe, pepper and onion. Stir fry in oil.

Wash and slice the carrots,green pepper and green beans add to the stir sauce and fry add the curry spices, maggi and salt to it and set aside

Get a frying pan and put the little of the fried veggies and sauce, add a little rice and fry together. Do that continuesly until all the rice and sauce are done

Put the fried rice in a separate pot with alittle water on a low heat and cook.
