  • 300 gmpaneer
  • 4 tsproasted gram flour(besen)
  • 1 cupthick curd
  • 8squre piece capsicum
  • 8squre piece onion
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • to tasteChat masala
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspmustard oil
  • As neededButter for frying

    Take a bowl add besen curd oil and all spices

  2. 2

    Mix it well no lums add paneer,onion,capsicum

  3. 3

    Take a gril pan grese the butter put in paneer, onion,capsicum shello fry both side

  4. 4

    Paneer tikka is ready serve with green chattney
