Ingredients

  1. 1 clovegarlic
  2. 1thumb of ginger
  3. 1lime
  4. A fewmushrooms
  5. 1bell pepper
  6. 1 packetbean sprouts
  7. 1fresh chilli (or chilli flakes)
  8. Baby corn or sweetcorn
  9. Noodles of your choice
  10. Tofu or veggie chicken chunks
  11. Cashew nuts (optional)
  12. 1 dashsoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and prepare the vegetables. They will only need to cook for a few minutes so it’s best to prepare first before you start to cook.

    Heat a little oil in a cooking pan and and add the garlic, ginger and chilli to your taste. Add in the tofu or veggie chicken and cook until crispy and golden. Add in the noodles and veggies and cook for a few minutes on a high heat.

    Add in the nuts if you are using and squeeze of lime and a dash of so sauce to your taste. Serve. Enjoy 😊
