Chole with aloo kulcha

Heat 2 liters of water in a cooker and add soaked chole and take one cloth Place cinnamon, clove, bay leaf, chai pati, black pepper, cardamom in a piece of cloth and cover the cloth and put in a cooker and then cook for 12-15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic paste, then add chopped onion, turmeric and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Then add tomato puree, coriander powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice and chole masala then cook for 2-3 minutes and add boiled chole.

Add 1/4 cup boiled chole water and salt to taste and cook for 3-4 minutes in low flame.

Kulcha: Take a bowl and add all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, butter and knead a soft dough using water.

Rest for 1 hour.

For stuffing: take a bowl and add boiled and mashed potato, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder chopped green chilli and mix well.

After a hour roll add dough and apply butter and flour and fold it and roll again and again apply butter and flour.

Apply butter 7 time and fold 7 time and make same size of round.

Then take one round and dust flour and roll small and fill stuffing in it and cover it.

And roll it.

Heat a pan and stick water one side on kulcha and stick in hot pan. Other side add chopped Coriander and lightly press through fingers.

Turning pan and roast other side.

Now take serving plate and serve kulcha and chole and garnish with onion rings.
