  • 2cardamom
  • As neededOil for frying
  • As neededDry fruit for garnishing

  1. 1

    Take a kadai,heat up a oil and fry bread slices untill it's colour changes to golden brown.meanwhile take other pan add 2 cup of water, sugar and cardamom,boil it when sugar melt in water turn off the flame.

    Now dip golden bread for 10 seconds in sugar syrup that we have prepared, then remove immediately from sugar syrup.
