Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 tablespoonsabudana
  • 1fourth cup of jaggery
  • 2 tablespoonschopped raw coconut
  • 1 glassmilk
  • 1 teaspoonelaichi powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • As neededClarified butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice and sabudana for 4 hours and grind it to a fine paste with help of milk.

    In that rice batter add powder jaggery, elaichi powder and chopped coconut.

    Add ghee appe pan for the batter. After 5 minutes flip it off. Serve with ghee.
