Steps

Dry roast semolina in a karahi and keep aside.

Heat oil in a karahi and put mustard seeds and rai and when they splutter add Gram lentil and chopped onion and green chilli and fry for two minutes.

Add green peas and cook for 5 minutes.

Now add semolina and peas, salt, red chilli powder, curry patta and mix well.

Now add two glasses of water slowly and stir simultaneously.

Keep stirring the mixture till done.

Serve hot with sauce and garnished with coriander leaves.
