Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupblack pepper
  • 1/4 cupsmall cardamom
  • 8-10 cardamom
  • 1/2 cupCinemmon sticks
  • 2 tbspCloves
  • 1 tbspMace
  • 1 pieceNutmeg
  • 150 gm Dry ginger powder (suth powder)
  • 25 gm Peepramul powder(ganthoda)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all spices in a pan and dry roast 5-7 min. Let it cool add both powder mix and churn till it fine powder.Seive again churn Chai masala is ready. Store in air tight container.
