  • 1/4sugar
  • 2 tbsyeast
  • 2 cupswater
  • Halftsp cinnamon powder
  • Oil for frying

    Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl,add water and make it a thick batter cover and let it rise.Heat oil in a pan,deflate the batter,remove air from the batter,then drop ur cinnamon puffs in oil to fry until golden brown.Serve with warm tea.
