4 servings

4boiled and mashed potatoes
1small onion finally chopped
1/4 tbseach red chilli powder, chat masala, black salt, cumin
1 handfulgreen coriander
1 bowlgram flour
1/4 tbsp ajwain / carom seeds
1 pinchhing
To tasteSalt
As neededOil for frying

Make a smooth paste of gram flour, mix hing ajwain, salt, green coriander in it and keep aside for 20 min

Mix potatoes, onion and spices, mix well and make some balls from this

Dip these ball from gram flour batter and deep fry till golden brown, enjoy with your favourite dip
