  • Bones (marrow bone, oxtail, neck)
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Onion
  • 1 tbspapple cider vinegar

    Bones into oven 200c 15-20 mins

  2. 2

    Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Fill with water.

  3. 3

    Slow cook in low heat for 24-48 hours
