Ingredients

makes 30 servings
  • 300 gFlour
  • 200 gMargarine
  • 200Icing Sugar
  • 50 gCornflour/CP
  • Few dropsVanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    All ingredients to be at room temperature before you start baking. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Spray a baking tray & line the tray with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Mix together margarine and icing sugar.

  3. 3

    Add flour, cornflour and a few drops of vanilla essence and mix until you form a soft dough.

  4. 4

    Roll out and cut biscuits as desired.

  5. 5

    Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Decorate using melted chocolate or jam.
