1/4ciabatta baguette
1Roma tomato
Basil pesto
Mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoonsbalsamic vinaigrette

Steps

Cut 1/4 of loaf of bread 1/2 inch slices. Place on baking pan and toast 8 minutes on 350.

Spread pesto on each piece And top with mozzarella. Dice tomato and let soak in balsamic about 5-7 minutes.

Place tomatoes on top of bread and serve.
