Soaked rice and chana dal separately for ½ hour. Boil rice separately. Pressure cook chana dal for 3 whistle and cool completely,add sugar mix gently.

Add saffron to warm milk and keep aside.

Heat ghee in pan saute dry fruits and keep aside. Now add Khada masala and dry coconut slice and saute for 1 minute add chanadal - sugar mixture stir gently on low to medium flame for 4-5 minutes. add saffron milk, rice, dry fruits, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder mix gently cover lid and cook for 3-4 minutes on low medium flame.
