Steps

First wash sabudana and soak for three hours or overnight

Then take a bowl add water and boil it when water starts to boil add sabudana and cook till it becomes translucent and keep mixing

Then add sugar and mix and cook till consistency becomes thick

Then mean will take a tadka pan add ghee and dryfryits and fry it till light golden brown comes

Then add this in that and mix all and let it cool down completely

Then add milk and mix well and it's ready to serve
