Ingredients

  • 1onion,finely chopped
  • 100 gbroccoli
  • 50 gspinach
  • 100 gcauliflower
  • 100 gcucumber
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1large carrot sliced
  • 1 litrewater
  • to tasteSalt
  • Chilli powder (optional)
  • 1 tspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the necessary vegetables and clean them well

    Put the oil and onion in the pan on high for about 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the vegetables and cook for one minute

  4. 4

    Add the water and cook for about 15 minutes then serve with pilau or have it on its own
