Plaintains in coconut sauce

Peel the plaintains and cut into 2, remove the center core of the plaintains and then cut into 2 to have small 4 pieces of plaintain.

Place the plaintains peels at the bottom of the pan, to avoid the plaintains from sticking at the bottom

Add light coconut milk,pinch salt,sugar,cardamon and raisins and let them to cook till the plaintains are soft and the light coconut sauce has reduced.

Once soft remove from the fire and serve on a plate.

In a small pot cook the heavy coconut milk and custard powder till well mixed and thick

Once ready pour the custard coconut sauce ontop of the cooked plaintains and your plaintains are ready,enjoy xxx.
