Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4Eggs
  • 2Medium Sized Onion
  • 1Green chill chopped
  • As neededMustard oil
  • 1 tablespoonTomato ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoonChill sauce (can be made more spicy)
  • 1/2 teaspoonSoya sauce
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonPepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan, heat oil add onion, green chilli saute till it becomes brown, add eggs smashed saute it well for 2 min.

    Add salt to taste, add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and pepper powder, mix well.

  3. 3

    Saute for 5 min in low flame. Serve hot
