Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmango juice
  2. 1 cupfresh orange juice
  3. 2-3 tsprose syrup
  4. 2 scoopsvanilla ice cream
  5. 1 cupice cubes
  6. 2 tbspfinely chopped papaya
  7. 2 tbspfinely chopped apple
  8. 2 tbspfinely chopped kiwi
  9. 2 tbsppomegranate kernels
  10. 2 tbspcoconut flesh
  11. 4-5chopped mint leaves
  12. someSome strawberry crush for garnish the glass

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a mixer grinder. Give a nice stir.

    Now add roughly chopped mango in it. Blend it well. Now our mango purée with ice cream is ready.

  3. 3

    Now add fresh orange juice in it and mix and give a stir in mixer grinder.

  4. 4

    Now to it we will add rose syrup which will enhance it's taste, texture and flavour.

  5. 5

    Add heaped 2 tbsp fresh coconut flesh and give a nice stir. It will add soothing and cooling flavours.

  6. 6

    Now blend it again to be mixed well and keep it aside for some time.

  7. 7

    Now take 1 bowl. Add chopped apple, kiwi, papaya and pomegranate kernels to it. Mix all well.

  8. 8

    Now add ice cubes with chopped mint leaves to this chopped fruit bowl and mix well.

  9. 9

    Now pour the fruit punch blended in a mixer grinder into this chopped fruit bowl.

  10. 10

    Take a glass. Pour the strawberry crush on the sides of a glass to be served.

  11. 11

    Now pour this healthy delicious fruit punch into this glass and serve it chilled by garnish with mint leaves and cherries.
