Cooking Instructions

Make the ground meat as usual with garlic and salt, add tomato sauce, leave it aside

Bechamel sauce : chopped onions, butter and add the flour. Mix and add milk, stir until the flour has melted and the sauce is thick in texture. Add salt and pepper

In a rectangular baking pan, first layer of noodle, add the bechamel sauce, then meat sauce.

Then add mother layer of noodle, bechamel sauce, cottage cheese and baby spinach

Next layer: noodle, bechamel and mozzarella.

Next and last layer : noodle and meat sauce and mozzarella. Cover the baking pan and bake until the cheese is melted and brown
