2 tspMethi seeds
2 tspChana dal

Soak all ingredients for 6-7 hours.

Grind it and ferment for 8-9 hours or at night.

Take fermented dosa batter add salt, heat Tava apply oil spread batter evenly and roast till golden crisp and dosa is ready to gobble with sambar and bhaji
