Murmura(puffed rice) Laddu

Firstly dry roast murmura in a kadhai till it turns crispy. Keep aside.

Now heat 1 tsp ghee in a kadhai and add Jaggery to it. Stir continuously on low flame till it turns frothy.

Turn off the flame and add murmura. Mix gently. Mix till murmura is coated with Jaggery syrup.

Grease your hands with ghee and prepare laddu. You have to be quick. You have to prepare laddu when the mixture is still warm. You can store in an airtight container.
