Squeeze lemon juice in a cup, then add some honey and grated ginger in. Add some lemon peels in. Pour some hot water in and mix well.

This can be make in concentrated version and great soothing if you have sore throats. You add all ingredients then add a pinch of salt and only add half cup of hot water instead of 2 cups. Then sip it a little at the time.
