First of all, prepare batter for pakora mixture. Add all spices in besan, mix it gently, now add 1 ts hot oil, and water to make it soft mixture. Not too thick, not too thin

Now add all vegetables in the mixture, mix it well.

Heat oil in the pan, and deep fry fritters untill golden brown.
