Put pot on fire add water, wash rice and pour it inside to per boil.

Wash again and put it inside a seive add little amount of water that will cook the rice.

When it start to boil pour I the per boiled rice and cook till done, then set aside.

Put all the tomatoes and peppers with onions inside a pot and allow to cook when done seive it and grind.

Cook your meat and pomo till done

Add oil inside the pot when hot fry the meat and add your onions then the grinded pepper and allow it to fry

When done add little water and your seasoning cubes, pond your garlic and ginger and add to it

Peel and cut your plantain then put oil inside when hot fry them
