Steps

Take wheat flour add chopped carrots, onion, cumin seeds and coriander leaves chopped ajwain seeds turmeric powder salt ghee etc and knead smooth dough by adding required water. Keep it covered and rest for 15-20 minutes.

Now make equall portions out of dough first roll small puris and than with help of knife mark straight lines over it and fold step by step and ends joined to give it a shape.

Now deep fry them into hot oil and serve them with ketchup and masala tea.
